Starters
Hot mulled cider from the fireplace crane
Grilled Bread with Fire Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil Spread
Watermelon Radishes with Butter and Salt

Main Course
Beef cooked on a string over the fire (a la ficelle) and browned with a salamander
Spider Pot Braised Kale with Slab Bacon
Beans cooked in a flask

Dessert
Johnny Cakes cooked on the fire with Rhubarb and Whipped Cream
Beer, Wine, Soda, Water, Coffee and tea

Cooking demonstration begins at 11:00AM
Dinner will be served when ready (around Noon)
This event is open to 20 attendees at $25 per person (non-refundable)
